4.1 Payment Methods and Limits

dkwin9 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• If a technical error occurs in a game, the bet for that round may be voided and the stake will be returned.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software or system errors may result in permanent account closure.

dkwin9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides weekly cashback, which is a set percentage of the net loss for that week.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings — at a fixed rate. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. VIP tier advancement is based on regular activity and active participation on the platform.

• VIP cashback is paid every Monday based on the previous week's figures.
• Cashback is added directly to the account balance and can be used like regular funds.
• dkwin9 reserves the right to change the structure, rates, or terms of the VIP program at any time.
